Jen Waite

Jen's passion for making an impact can be traced back to her pre-professional days. Whether as a member of her high school leadership team or as an AmeriCorps volunteer while completing her master’s degree at Canisius University, she's been on a non-profit path from the start. The reason? One of her favorite quotes: “Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.” - President Barack Obama.

She has devoted her entire career to non-profit work, beginning in 2005. Jen has worked for high performing nonprofits, in both local and national roles, while specializing in innovation work, developing best practices, and managing high-level relationships. She prides herself on being curious, agile, and collaborative.

Jen traded the snowstorms of Buffalo, NY (go Bills!) for the endless sunshine of St. Pete, FL where she resides. Outside of the office, you can find her planning her next travel adventure as she works to hit 30 visited countries, lifting heavy weights, hanging out with her pets, listening to podcasts, or checking out the newest restaurants.
