Established in 2015, as a woman-owned and BIPOC-led organization, Venture Leadership Collective represents a group of strategic-minded practitioners and deep thinkers dedicated to greater equity and justice through frontline nonprofit partnership. We have successfully partnered with over 130 nonprofits, schools, municipalities, philanthropies, and for-profit organizations across 16+ states. We pride ourselves on being strategic thinkers and proactive practitioners, seamlessly bridging the gap between vision and operational clarity with an intentionality that sets us apart. Our dedicated staff and active Venture Leaders, serves over 60 nonprofit organizations annually.
