Andrew loves to help organizations realize their maximum client impact by focusing on programmatic/organizational alignment and defining accountability structures internally.
Andrew started with VLC in 2018 following 12 years of nonprofit experience. Based out of Arizona, Andrew’s joining of VLC represented the organization’s first attempt at maintaining staff and attracting and serving clients outside of California.
Andrew’s experience ranges from direct client case management to executive team experience leading organizational evaluation and ongoing learning efforts. Andrew also comes with extensive database and program implementation experience, having led data collection and evaluation practices at several nonprofits and the development of logic models, program manuals, and staff trainings to support evaluation-related efforts.
Andrew received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University in 2003 and his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University in 2007.
