Aryan Kaymanesh

Aryan has over sixteen years of success working in grant and project administration, managing multimillion-dollar portfolios consisting of federal, state, and private foundation funding through their full lifecycle. She has expansive skills ranging from designing and tracking programmatic outcomes to building budgets, tracking allowable expenses, ensuring compliance, and preparing for audits. She has designed, hired, trained, and managed successful teams at various 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) nonprofit organizations and government agencies with complex, multi-faceted structures.

Aryan takes a collaborative, people-centered approach that focuses on building trust through transparency, authenticity, and the genuine desire to leave things better than how she found them. She is adept at working cross-departmentally with colleagues of varying levels to create easy to use processes, policies, guides, and tools. Whether she is helping your organization design teams, plan annual goals, document processes, or manage grants and projects, the job begins with thoughtful conversations with stakeholders.

Creating order out of chaos is one of Aryan’s most valued skills. She does this through assessing and designing systems and processes to increase efficiency and transparency; creating policies, processes, guides, and tools for ease of use and compliance; building and tracking grant/project budgets, actuals, and projections; managing project objectives and outcomes; designing and administering special initiatives; conduct financial analyses including recommendations for sustainability; designing and administering training; and planning and executing intentional, coordinated, annual goals and strategic plans for team progress and alignment.

Aryan’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with minors in Africana Studies and Spanish. She also has a Grants Management Certificate and is currently pursuing a certification to teach English as a second language.
