A leadership and organizational development professional since 2013, Cassie has supported leaders and organizations to advance social change. She’s partnered with executives in purpose-driven foundations, nonprofit organizations, and industry to achieve their visions and long-term goals. She supported a high school serving youth who hadn’t found belonging in other educational settings to establish a first-of-its-kind on-campus housing program for students experiencing homelessness. She partnered with the Global Polio Eradication Initiative to develop a risk and performance management framework to track their efforts to eradicate polio from the planet. And she helped shape business development strategies with BIPOC entrepreneurs in partnership with the NASDAQ Entrepreneurial Center. Before consulting, Cassie led the implementation and assessment of large-scale HIV and family planning programs in East Africa. With an empathy-centered mindset and a servant-leadership approach, Cassie strives to support leaders to create impact and achieve organizational goals.

Cassie holds a doctorate in public health from the University of California, Berkeley. Her master's degree from Boston University focused on the social and behavioral factors that impact a population's health. She attended the University of California, San Diego for her dual bachelor's in sociology and critical gender studies.
