Katrina Steffek transforms mission-driven organizations from the inside out. Over two decades, she's mastered building thriving workplace cultures while driving strategic growth—helping nonprofits not just survive, but flourish in their impact.

As a strategic consultant and executive coach, Katrina partners with nonprofits, social enterprises, foundations, and government agencies through organizational assessments, strategic planning, executive coaching, and leadership retreats. She works at the intersection of culture and strategy, understanding that sustainable growth requires both strong operations and thriving teams.

As Senior Director of Talent Development at VLC, she led capacity-building for 25+ clients spanning youth development, educational equity, environmental sustainability, and mental health advocacy. She served as Interim Executive Director for Life On Art and the California Partners Project, collaborating with California First Partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom on gender equity initiatives.

Her track record includes orchestrating transformational growth at Regenerative Social Finance (RSF) as COO and Head of People, where assets grew from $60 million to $200 million. Having walked in nonprofit executives' shoes herself, Katrina brings authentic understanding and empathy to her consulting work.
