As the Director of Impact, Kenn has dedicated his efforts and experience in various non-profit organization settings for the purpose of a cause greater than one’s self. Being a part of an organization’s collective energy and effort, through both their growth opportunities and strides, allows him to play an integral role in the collective success of an organization. Kenn started his journey with VLC in April of 2021. His focus has been to engage and support clients, help them take inventory of current effective resources, and strategically adapt growing practices. He comes with experience in program data management, school-based non-profit organization programming, along with youth leadership and community development. He earned his B.A. in Chicana/o Studies from UC Santa Barbara, and his M.A. in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution & Peacebuilding from CSU Dominguez Hills.
