Pati Ortiz

With experience in program design and program implementation, Pati supports organizations' ability to materialize their missions into outcomes through the lens of collective action, improved governance, and results-based strategic planning. She thrives working directly with communities and government to understand the challenges in education and human services. Most recently, Pati worked in the Redwood City School District creating educational opportunities for the region's most underserved students by overseeing the community schools model. She now supports through the Education Foundation as part of their board. With a deep desire to help build more inclusive and successful systems for communities and families, Pati is very excited to help organizations improve their organizational effectiveness and stakeholder engagement, as well as unlock a true understanding of their work’s impact.
